The simple act of creating great meals has always warmed my heart. There is nothing more fulfilling than watching the joy on people's faces as they take their first bite. My passion for food and cooking began at age five when I confidently announced to my family, "I am going to be a Chef." From that moment on, I never looked back.
The kitchen has always been my home—from cooking alongside my mother and grandmother in my early years to stepping into my first professional kitchen. Food is my passion—the feel, the colours, the aroma, the flavours—it's a total sensory experience and one I embrace every day. With over 40 years in the culinary industry, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the finest chefs, refining my craft and sharing it through Clock Tower Catering.
From small, intimate gatherings to large, upscale weddings, I've catered events of every kind. Birthdays, anniversaries, fundraisers, and corporate events—each one is unique, and I love creating menus that reflect that. No matter the size or occasion, my approach remains the same: crafting exceptional, high-quality meals that bring people together.
In a world of fast, grab-and-go meals, I believe in slowing things down. Every dish is lovingly prepared from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients and as much organic produce as possible. Whether it's an elegant plated dinner or a cozy in-home gathering, every event gets the same dedication, attention to detail, and passion that I bring to everything I do.
