Chef Mark Graham is the Executive Chef and Owner of the Clock Tower. Chef Graham has been a certified chef for 32 years. During his illustrious career living his passion, he has attained the coveted title of Chef de Cuisine. His grand vision and years of expertise have brought together a team of highly skilled, creative chefs and some of the best servers in the industry. Each menu item is carefully crafted by the team, using only the finest quality, locally sourced products.

The Clock Tower Inn features eight individually appointed suites - each with it's own distinct personality. Each suite has a fireplace, climate controls and wireless internet in addition to original details that harken back to the days of yore. The Queen Victoria and King Edward suites take this luxury one step further with the addition of spa showers in the former post office vaults--complete with original steel doors!

A visit to the Clock Tower Inn is like a trip back in time when life moved at a slower pace and dining was truly an experience to be savoured.
Nestled in the heart of Strathroy, The Clock Tower building was constructed in 1889 by the famous Canadian architect Thomas Fuller. At that time, it was home to the Federal Postal Office and the Inland Revenue Offices. The historic building has been fully restored it to its former glory, and now boasts a world class dining experience coupled with luxurious sleeping quarters.
